| One of the major concerns of any organization is the behavior of its
members and the elected board of directors. The Board feels this is a very
important task as what we do will be watched by the alpaca community at
large. The Empire Alpaca association is starting out on the arduous road of formulating a
Code of Ethics. The Board of Directors has formed an Ethics Committee to
put together a Code to be approved by the membership. We, the committee,
would appreciate any input you may wish to have considered as we develop
a working document. You may e-mail, call, or fax me at anytime with your
ideas.
